There are three kinds of buildings inside your Estate: Urban, Rural, and Other.
Clicking on the Building menu for Urban and Rural buildings shows the following sub-menus:
- Info
- Upgrade
- Speedup
- Instant Finish
Additionally, Urban buildings will show a Glory menu. Other Urban buildings may have additional menus that are specific to that building type.
Info
The info sub-menu will show you the building Bonuses. The first number is based on the building level, and the second one (in green) is based on other bonuses (such as Research, Talent points, etc.)
Upgrade
The upgrade sub-menu will show you the requirements (other buildings, resources, time, etc.) for upgrading the building to the next level. It also shows the benefits (Lord EXP, Power, etc.) for upgrading.
A complete list of requirements can be found on each buildings' individual page. Note that a building that is in use (training, researching, etc.) cannot be upgraded and this menu will not appear.
Speedup
If the building is under construction, this menu will appear and allows you to use Speedup items to hurry the construction.
Instant Finish
If the building is under construction, this menu will appear and allows you to pay a flat amount of Gold to finish the construction immediately.
